Lake West Development was interested in upgrading it’s monument sign to increase visibility from Highway 7 traffic in Minnetonka. The plan was to leverage that visibility with new digital display technology that would enable them to help their Tenants with their marketing efforts by providing time on the new LED sign with full color rotating electronic messages.

Think Digital Signs went to work designing a sign that incorporated Lake West’s unique logo and that maximized the allowable dynamic display area that the city code allowed with a 5′ x 8′ 10mm watchfire display. The angle of the sign faces was also optimized for better viewing angles from the road. Think Digital Signs worked closely with the city at Lake West’s request successfully securing a variance allowing some relief for he setback requirements.
